The Breville single serve coffee maker is the fastest and most convenient way to get a fresh and consistent cup of coffee every time. It has a lot of great features including a well lit LCD display that allows you to set 4 different brew settings. The brew settings range from 5, 7, 9, and 11. These setting are what determines the strength of the cup of coffee you make by the amount of water that will extract through the k-cup pod. Th LCD also shows features for on/off and automatic so that it is ready to go at whatever time you want in the morning. This way your coffee is fresh and ready for you right when you wake up. The brew temperature feature allows you to set how hot you want your coffee to be.
There is a bonus filter and scoop that tuck away into the machine, that you can put in place of the k-cups that allows you to use your own fresh ground coffee. That way if you have a specific roast you like from coffee shops then you can brew it with your Breville single serve coffee maker. The water reservoir detaches from the Breville coffee maker, which is very convenient so you don’t have to move the coffee maker to the faucet or use a separate water pitcher. It holds 60 ounces of water so you can brew small as well as large amounts of coffee. When you are out of water the LCD menu alerts you that you need more water as well as when it is heating up and at the right temperature to brew.
Once the water is at the right temperature you simply open the machine by pressing down the lever and you insert the type of k-cup flavor you want or the special ground coffee filter. You then close the lid and choose the brew setting you want for example a very rich and bold setting would be 5 so the coffee is not over diluted with water. The Breville single serve coffee maker may be a little different from your older traditional drip coffee makers or percolators but if you want a great machine that is simple and easy to use as well as making a consistent great cup of coffee than it is the machine for you.
